How to Start Print Spooler - 

THE FIRST METHOD - 

• Open the run command by pressing R with the Windows button. 
• Type services.msc and enter
• Here you will see many more Windows services, search the print spooler and click Start the service. This will turn your printer on. 

SECOND WAY - 

• Open the C drive. 
• Open the Windows> System32> Spool> Printers folder. 
• Delete any files you see inside this folder. These are files that you have ordered to print the printer and for some reason it has got stuck. Withdrawing them will make your printer work again. 

Both of these methods are only for fixing print spooler problem, but if the printer does not work then good hardware expert must be shown.
